By accessing or using the State of Tomorrow™ website (the “Website”), you agree and consent without limitation or qualification of any kind to these Terms of Use and the Accessibility and Web Site Privacy Statements accessible through the Website. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Website, since you are bound by these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may be changed from time to time by updates to the webpage where these Terms of Use are posted. You should periodically visit the webpage where these Terms of Use are posted to review any changes to these Terms of Use. You are bound by all changes to these Terms of Use, regardless of whether you have been advised of or are aware of such changes. Your use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms of Use will signify your assent to and acceptance of such revisions to these Terms of Use. The Website Parties make no warranty, representation, or covenant to you that the Website is uninterrupted or error-free. None of the Website Parties assumes any liability, and shall not be liable for, any damages to or viruses that may affect your computer equipment or any other property as a result of your access to, use of, or browsing in the Website, or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video, or audio from the Website.

The content of the Website including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (collectively, the "Proprietary Material") are owned by or licensed to the Website Parties, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights and protections under United States and foreign laws and international conventions, and contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information of the Website Parties.

Subject to these Terms of Use, you may use the Proprietary Material on the Website only for your private, personal use. The Proprietary Material is provided to you “AS IS” for your information and personal use only and you may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, alter, publish, transmit, broadcast, distribute, display, license, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works of, or in any way exploit any of the Proprietary Material, in whole or in part, except as otherwise permitted under these Terms of Use or under applicable law, without the advance written approval of the applicable Website Party that owns the Proprietary Material.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that all trademarked, patented, and copyrighted items included in the Website, including the State of Tomorrow™ name, are included in the Proprietary Material.

In no event do you acquire any ownership rights in or to the Proprietary Material. In the event that you access or use the Website or any of the Proprietary Material in an unauthorized manner, you may violate applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and/or intellectual property laws and these Terms of Use.

You hereby authorize the Website Parties to collect aggregate information which is not personally identifiable to you about your use of the Website. You also authorize the Website Parties to use any information you provide (including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and your physical address) to respond to any questions or comments that you provide, or to provide any service that you request, via the Website or otherwise. By submitting a question or comment via the Website or otherwise you specifically authorize us, at our discretion, to post on the Website (a) that question or comment (in whole or in part), (b) your name, email address, and other personally identifying information provided by you, and (c) any response to your question or comment, so that such information may be viewed and commented on or responded to by the users of the Website. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Travis County, Texas will be the proper place of venue in the event of any claim or dispute between you and a Website Party that arises in whole or in part from this Website or these Terms of Use.
